Make an image named image.png
with a transparent background using
the POV-Ray raytracer,
and compare the results by reloading this file.
To make a transparent image:
- open the 1a0m.pdb file
- use the interactive 3 preset
- use the publication 1 preset
- use the Per-Model Clipping tool and adjust
the clipping plane as you like
- add a transparent surface cap with the Surface Capping tool
- change the surface to be transparent
- save a rayraced image
after setting the Transparent background
to true in POV-Ray Options.
- save the raytraced file in this same directory
- reload this file
