The address for Chimera questions is chimera-users at cgl.ucsf.edu (not chimera-bugs).
Try going through this tutorial for an example of finding H-bonds and contacts between protein and ligand:
(Or, if you don’t want to go through the whole tutorial, you can just go through the first two parts, 1: Background and Setup, and 2: Distances, H-Bonds, Contacts.)
