My only guess is to be sure to specify “output file” within some directory in which you have permission to create files. I.e. don’t just give a name, include the directory either by typing it directly into the entry field or by using “Browse” to go to such a directory.
I hope this helps,

I have had no issues with running chimera on my mac, however I cannot get auto dock vina to work properly (I attempted to install and input the proper commands but cannot seem to get it to work). Attached is a screen shot of the error that keeps occurring. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
