[Chimera-users] DNA atomic structure fitting with an envelope

Sorry, Chimera does not have tools for flexibly fitting a structure into a surface or map. Capabilities for rigidly fitting multiple structures into a map are being added, but currently nothing that will change the conformation of those atomic structures.
