[Chimera-users] Merging of two pdb files

Hi Monisha,
If you don't need to make a bond between them (cofactor is noncovalent), you can just use the command "combine," or equivalently, the "copy/combine" function in the Model Panel.   The Model Panel is under Favorites in the menu;  you would just choose the two models you want to merge in the left side of that panel, then click the "copy/combine" button on the right. 

If you need to make a bond between them, you would use the Build Structure tool (under Tools... Structure Editing in the menu), Join Models tab.
