Hi,

Are you trying to install the original Sparky or NMRFAM-Sparky?
If you are installing NMRFAM-Sparky (enhanced version), I wrote an
installation script in it for Ubuntu / Redhat.

After download, in the directory you have nmrfam-sparky-linux.tar.gz,

$ tar xvfz nmrfam-sparky-linux.tar.gz
$ cd nmrfam-sparky-linux
$ python ./install.py /usr/local/src

This will work.
Please let me know if you have any problem.
