my project is partly assigned with XEASY. I want to go on with SPARKY and
would like to use my assigned peak lists from XEASY. I was wondering if
someone has already a script for combining the XEASY xxx.prot and
xxx.peaks files to a Sparky peak list.

Although I
find some previous discussion regarding this problem but couldn’t find a clear way to
solve this issue. I want to take my assigned Sparky peak list
file and convert it to Xeasy peak list file. There was link provided by Eiso on
this forum for the awk scripts which
contained the sparkysave2peaks.awk script
for conversion of Sparky.save list file to
the XEASY .peaks file format. But I
think its not specifically for Sparky 2D HSQC assigned peaklist and also didn’t
work for my list file which looks something like this. Any suggestions would be
useful.
