Type ldd pipe2ucsf to see where it expects that library file. Or you can set LD LIBRARY PATH before executing that binary file.

Regarding your recepie for installing the missing 32bit libraries for installation of Sparky 3.1.1.4 on Fedora Core2 . I copied the shared libraries: libstdc++.so.6 provided by Tom through this link on this forum. It helped Sparky to run perfectly from the executable file from bin folder  . However when I tried to run the conversion script  like nmrpipe2ucsf . I get the same error  libstdc++.so.6: Cannot open...no such file or directory. Do I have to copy these missing libraries in the FedoraCore 2  linux C -shell enviornment also to fix this problem
