Subject: Data Heights not match with Bruker data

Hi,
I have series of N15 relaxation dispersion experiments which I acquired on a Bruker spectrometer 850 MHz with Topspin3.2. When the data is processed in and imported in Sparky (direct read orbruk2ucsf), the intensity for all residues shown in the Topspin3.2 and the data height values determined from cross peaks in Sparky doesn’t match. Is the data heights from Bruker format are not getting translated correctly when integrated in Sparky. Can anyone suggest solution.
Thanks Regards
Arun
