I had posted a shell script in response to your earlier message. Modify that with pipe2ucsf and it will work under Linux. If you insist on using Windows, write a BAT file or something on those lines.

p.s. You may also add pipe2ucsf at the end of your pipe script and then copy all ucsf files using explorer.

Hi all,

I have recently acquired multiple HSQC fids for my N15-Relaxation Dispersion experiment.  I have converted the multiple fids with same processing parameters through Nmrpipe into .dat files. Is anyone having conversion script  through which I can convert multiple nmrpipe  .dat files into Sparky ucsf format at one go in command prompt enviornment of Windows. I am running  Sparky 3.114 on Windows 7 .

Thanks

  Arun
