The bruk2ucsf files, etc. are in the ~/Sparky/Contents/Resources/bin/ which you can get to by right clicking on the Sparky icon, and selecting Show Package Contents. To make them work properly, you will need to provide the complete path to the bruk2ucsf file, then the complete path to the 2rr file you want to convert followed by the name you would like to give to the new file (with a path if you dont want it to end up in the bin folder where the bruk2ucsf file is located.
