Hi everyone. I just tried to install Sparky in a Mac Air machine (Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4). I have actually installed the version sparky-mac10.4-intel.dmg. However I am experiencing several problems. As a matter of fact the basic C shell is a Bash shell. Therefore one has to invoke a c shell first by opening a terminal and launching tcsh. Moreover the conversion executable to change the frmat of processed Bruker data into ucsf, i.e. the executable bruk2ucsf, does not seem to be present in any of the Sparky related directories.
I therefore copied it from a linux system and tried to use according to the syntax described in the manual. No way, the system responds that the file can not be executed. I tried to import the same file from a Windows PC system. The problem is the same.
Has anyone any clue? Thanks
Rino
