Dear Friends,

I am new to doing NMR assignment using Sparky3.1.4 . I processed my 3D HNCA ( 2048x 512x 256 complex points ) and 2D C13HQSC(2048x 512complex points )experiments using VNMRJ2.2.I am trying to reference my C13HSQC spectra with my 3D HNCA. Can anyone suggest good reference points or cross peaksto reference and synchronise my spectra with respect to each other . Can anyone suggest any practical literature which discuss this problem. Any suggestion would be useful.
