Im working on assigning sidechain resonances and NOEs. Restricted peak picking gives reasonable and easily edited sets of peaks in each spectrum.

What I would like to do as an example is copy all the 1H and 15N assignments from the HSQC to the two corresponding dimensions in the various 15N edited 3D spectra, especially the NOESY. As best Ive been able to figure out, assignment copy/paste only works when all three dimensions match.

I think it should be possible to somehow fill in assignments/labels for two dimensions, leaving only one unassigned dimension. Does anyone know a way (or have a extension written) to do this?
