If you are expecting only positive intensity (red) peaks in your
spectrum, make sure that the green (negative intensity) peaks that you
are seeing are much smaller than your red peaks. The negative
intensities in this case are just random noise.

Use ct to open the contour dialog window and adjust your contours so
that you are not seeing the noise in the display. The initial settings
when you first open the file are almost always too low.

Enjoy,
Josh

Dear All,

We are new user of sparky, we have read in sparky manual that after
processing the time-doamin data from NMRPipe we can import its
output in sparky in ucsf format by using pipe2ucsf convesion
program. But the problem we are facing is we have taken real
comonent of a 2D data from NMRPipe (after FT and phase correction)
and when we are importing that into sparky it is showing peaks with
two different color green and red. So for peak peaking and further
analysis we should consider? and how to remove another?
