Hi Sparky users. I am kind of new in protein relaxation field. I have measured T1 and T1rho values of a protein and have both tables in hand. Could any one please guide me with some simple way of calculating rotational correlation time of protein from above mentioned data.

I would highly appreciate any one’s help
