Hello Tom,

I am Nataliya Popovych and I am a postdoc in Prof. Ramamoorthy lab.
Recently I have collected T1 and T2 relaxation data and would like to
process with Sparky program. Everything goes smoothly until the
relaxation analysis. Here I have some problems and I am not able to
resolve them.
So, first problem is when I opened all files of T1 data for analysis the
assignment disappeared in one of the spectrum and it is always the same
spectrum no matter how I save it.
The second and main problem is that after relaxation analysis, if I type
rh command, a list of residues and their heights in each spectra
appears. However, I cannot not save the file and Sparky program freezes.
Please, can you give me any suggestions regarding these problems?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Best regards,
Nataliya.

Hi Nataliya,

If you have many peaks selected it could take some time to compute
the exponential fits to the peak heights. You might try just selecting
one peak at a time and using rh to see how long one peak takes.

The Sparky manual has more details on the relaxation fitting dialog
