The shortcut to move peak labels so they do not overlap each other is
lu (label unoverlap) in the View / More menu.

To see the ppm scale on a strip plot click on a strip and use vs (view
axis scales). It covers the whole strip you have selected so you might
want to make the strips wider with Strip Plot dialog Show / Set Strip
Width (sw).

Is there a way to add the ppm axis onto the strips plot? Also i have
used a 2 letter code to move all the assignments out of the way of each
other but i cannot remember which it is and cannot find it on the
manual. Thanks for your help.
