I cant replicate the font size changing with zooming in and out - mine scales just fine. Have you tried using very large numbers for label size under OZ? My default value is 0.039 (in my current project), changing that value to 0.3 caused the font to actually get smaller. Increasing the value to 0.8 finally made the label a readable size in proportion to my spectra.
