Hi Tom,
thanks for your help but I dont want to move from Sparky... :))
I will use a single peak marker writing inside the multiple possibilities so after integration I know that this peak is ambiguos.
Thanks,
Marco

Hi Marco,

Sparky doesnt have any explicit support for ambiguous peak
assignments. Using multiple markers on one spectrum peak is one
approach that has problems as you note.

Sparky is a simple old program (written in early 1990s). If you need
more complex and powerful program look at CCPN Analysis.

Hi,

I have a question, hopefully simple....
If I have a cross peak that is possible to assign in several ways, like
A vs. B or F vs. G, how I treat him? I could put several names in at,
group, atoms or there is a different way?
I dont want to create many peak markers for the same peak since I have
to integrate the cross peaks and having many peak markers will give a
lot of problems after.
Thanks a lot,
Marco
