Hi,
Try the bash shell, also set the correct path in your .bashrc.
for example:
alias pipes2ucsf= /Volumes/ ******/Applicati ons/Sparky. app/Contents/ Resources/ bin/pipe2ucsf

****** is the name of your Hard disk.

Hope this helps.

cheers,
Siva.

Subject: [nmr_sparky] pipe2ucsf

Hi,

I just re-installed NMRPipe on my macintosh (it was expired). Sparky has been on the mac
and is working fine when it come to looking at spectra. However, the pipe2ucsf conversion
does not work - I get the error message that command not found. do I need to set some environment or path to get it to work?

thank you!
