Both Sparky and Simpson use the Tcl library and I suspect that Sparky
wont start after you install Simpson because Sparky is getting the Tcl
included with Simpson which is incompatible with the one included with
Sparky. I think this would only happen on Windows with Sparky 3.113 or
older. There was a fix in Sparky 3.114 to address exactly this problem.
