Hello,

Sparky actually saves most of its information in the save files, not
the project file. When you save your project as a new name, it points
to the old save files, which your other project also shares, thus
changing both of the projects.

To create two independent projects, you must first make copies of the
save files used in that project. You can do this though the operating
system. After this, you can either create a new project using these
new save files, or you can edit the new project file that you
previously created with a text editor to reflect the new save file
names. I hope this helps.

Hello all,
Ive been trying to save a sparky project with a different name in
order to do some changes in the new name project...but all the
changes are as well imposed in the old project.
There is any way of saving a project with same spectra files with
different names without having the changes in one reflected in the
other?

thanks and
best regards
