HI Liwen,
Sparky reads extra column in the peak list as user note. If you add fifth column say CAN or SAN, then you should be able to display that on the spectrum by lb or nt (not sure here, give a try). This doesnt address your coloring question but might be helpful.

Dear all,

We can use other automatic NOE assignment programs [such as
CANDID
(from ETH, Zuich) , SANE (from Scripps)] to speed up the process
of
NOE assignments. And their outputs can be transformed to the
format
(.list) acceptable to Sparky using a self-prepared script. Then
we can
use the rp accelerator to read these assignment
results.

Now, can we color peaks differently according to their
sources [e.g.
candid.list(assignment results given by CANDID) in
cyan,
sane.list(assignment results given by SANE) in white] when using
the
rp accelerator?

Best regards,

Liwen
