sparky and NMRDraw should display the same data, so there should be
no difference in phase between data displayed with sparky or NMRDraw.

not all spectra are perfectly phaseable. this can be caused by not
perfectly
refocusable homonuclear coupling.

I believe that if you need to adjust the phasing between NMRDraw and
Sparky, then you are not phasing your spectra completely correctly. I
do not think that phasing should be program specific. Somebody please
correct me if I am wrong.

You should transpose your data with NMRPipe to view the F1-F3 and F2-F3,
(and even the F2-F3) planes to double check your phasing in all
dimensions before moving on to analysis in Sparky.

Usually, we adjust the phases of our spectra correctly in NMRDraw, and
then display the spectra in Sparky.
We sometimes find that the phases require slight changes in Sparky.
This happens mainly for 3D spectra.

Is it possible to adjust the phase in Sparky? And if yes, how to do
that?
