Hi Jack,
There is something relevent on Art Palmers website
http://cpmcnet.columbia.edu/dept/gsas/biochem/labs/palmer/software/nmr2modelfree.html
Although its not directly meant for Sparky format. Better to use a spreadsheet
like gnumeric or excel.

Hi,

I have several hsqc lists and I want to measure the ratios and error ranges
of two selected HSQC peak lists.
I only found Sparky provides script to obtain R1, R2 and their errors, but
not for heteronuclear NOE-like data.
Does Sparky support this function? Or is there any software/scripts doing
this purpose and I can download online?

Thanks,
