thanks ...too bad..I dont have any of those programs.
Sparky is too nice for me to belive that does not have such a thing :(

So, what you do...you just calculate the volumes on sparky and calibrate them on Aria/Cyana?...not very efficient ..should be in same program where you can visualize the peaks to make sure things make sense!!!
....but if you want to use xplor-nih how you calibrate the peak volumes?

...well I guess I have to make that question in xplor-nih forum...but I do it here just in case someone else could hellp me.

sparky doesnt have such an option.

structure calculation programs like aria or cyana will do the
calibration for you.
