Hi Mandar,

I made the former releases candidate Sparky 3.112 the official release.

I put a new release candidate 3.113 on the Sparky web site that fixes
the bug where closed spectra were listed in the Sparky Windows menu and
selecting a menu entry for a closed spectrum would cause a crash.
