Wenyong,
if you installed in linux, just need to go a command line. It must be
written in the manual how to use this command. I use bruker, and this is
how used the bruk2ucsf:
bruk2ucsf path_to_2rr_file output_file.ucsf
where the 2rr file is the processed 2D spectrum in Bruker (xwinnmr or
topspin). There must be samething similar with Varian.
Thats all I can say.

cheers,
fabian.

Hi everyone,

I am now a student in pharmacology at McGill in Canada.

I have some 2-D data like fid, propar, log, text. I dont know how to convert these files into
ucsf. I installed the Sparky on both the Apple and PC computer. How can I issue the
command like vnmr2ucsf....by X-11?

Thanks
