Hi Lassalle,
1. Use al and calibrate both spectra.
2. Reduce counter level in HNcoCA so than noise wont be picked.
3. Play with tolerance in kr setting.
This should work but in case it didnt go to rt, switch to F8, select worldand apply mode.

Subject: [nmr_sparky] Problems with restricted peak pick

Dear everyone,
I am new in this group and I have one major problem with my dataset.
If I use restricted peak pick for my hncoca spectra, utilizing my 2D
HSQC spectra it finds over 2000 peaks, but can not assign my real
peaks. I tested restricted peak picking with a dataset which was
available online and there it worked fine.
Thus if anyone has some idea why restricted peak picking does not work
with my dataset I would be grateful, otherwise I have to pick the
peaks by myself which would be more time consuming.

Sincerely

Lassalle
