2019 NMRFAM annual workshop registration is open.

This workshop has been held longer than a decade and is pretty much matured now.

Covered topics are:

1 – Description of experimental data

2 – Introduction to NMRFAM-Sparky and peak picking

3 – Backbone assignments

4 – Sidechain assignments (aliphatic aromatic)

5 – TOCSY and NOE assignments

6 – Automated assignments and structure calculation using I-PINE

7 – Three-dimensional structure determination and refinement by PONDEROSA-C/S coupled with TALOS-N and  Xplor-NIH

8 – Structure validation by MolProbity

9 – Deposition of the data to BioMagResBank
