I updated my mac system with the latest version of SPARKY. I see similar things again. Where APES picks all the peaks but finishes with none.

I am wondering if my alignment is off?

I checked a dataset that I have worked on using CCPNMR and the planes do look the same, but they are not aligned. This is after I have the 3D alignment done with the 15N HSQC. Both sets of spectra were processed with NMRFx.
