I tried to get it working for several weeks without much success. It
depends a lot on the versions of both programs and what Python libraries
are installed on your system. I eventually gave up and moved on to the
next problem, but I would like to figure out how to get it running someday.

Has anyone attempted to do something similar to the Chimera extension
with Pymol? It is also a python based program that is quite popular in
structural biology these days. I would like to attempt it someday, but
with my level of programming skill (or lack thereof ;-) ) I dont have
time to attempt it right now.

I read in the discussion group that there are problems with sparky and
Chimera, so Has anybody been able to solve it? Who has both programmes
running? and HOW you did it?
