Dear Marco,

You can just follow the steps on the BMRB deposition web page.
Chemical shifts to deposit can be generated by NMR-STAR 3.1 es, XEASY prot xe or NEF e2.
I think they once accepted SPARKY resonance list rl as well, but I am not sure about this new web page.

Best,
Woonghee

Dear all,

I would like to deposit chemical shift assignments to BMRB.
I found in NMRFAM-Sparky a dn command that opens the BMRB web page.
So it seems I have to follow the steps indicated in the web page. Or NMRFAM Sparky can do something more?
Thanks

Marco
