Hi David,

Current version does simplistic fitting only. You may want to use specific tools like nessy or relax with files generated from sparky. Some people use their own excel spreadsheet with macros, too.

Hello,
I have a set of 2D T2 and T1 experiments and have been successful in using the peak height analysis tool to determine reasonable relaxation parameters. However, it is very apparent from the graph that the decay contains at least two components, one on the order of 100ms or so and the other much much longer (tens of seconds according to dynamics fitting in topspin). Is there a way to modify the T1 and T2 fitting equation in NMRFAM-Sparky to fit multi-component decays? I cannot find this in the youtube videos or the written documentation.
Best,
David O.
