Spectra in the video were collected individually.
If you collected as a pseudo-3D, I think using nmrPipe is very common way of processing data and split them into multiple 2D spectra.
The generated 2D spectra need to be retouched to fix file headers because they contain header as 3D so sparky will complain the size does not match with the expected file size.

I was wondering how you process your T1 and T2 spectra. It looks like you split them into 2D spectra. How do you do that, in topspin? Do you have any scripts that can process it without having to split it up manually?  

I found your youtube tutorial on how to process once I get the spectra open in topspin.
