I saved my different HSQC files and also saved them as project files for titration analyses purposes, and I cant open either of them today (I could 2 weeks ago...). It says Loaded Expt2520.save 198 peaks but its not loaded. The problem is assignment. I cant keep opening a fresh set of ucsf files with no assignment and assigned it all over i again as it is quite time-consuming. What am I doing wrong? I save everything, I save each HSQCs individually but also as project files in case one does not open, but now none of them open (?!).
