It turns out I am wrong again. Only two of such spectra with unmatched range along indirect dimensions can be overlaid, but others cant. I just shared the three example spectra files in ucsf format with you via dropbox(bo.chen@... towoonghee791113@... ). Could you help me take a look and see if you can find out why?

You can overlay by using ol or eo.
If you want to have additional window for overlaid view, you can use vd to generate duplicated view.
You can change contour color by using ct or ec.
