If you have 3rrr.ucsf file, your directory is writable.

The reason why it is slow is that the program is using 3rrr file directly for now which is inefficient way.

Close the file and open 3rrr.ucsf, then it will be much faster.

For the directory privilege, you can do that in the file explorer (right-click - properties)
