Hi,

There are a  few things you need to check.

1. You should have experiments listed in the spectrum list.
2. You must have save and project files in the directory where you have privilege to write.
3. You should have peaks to assign in the experiments.

Please let me know if you have no problem with that.

This still doesnt seem to work. The PINE files were successfully unpacked and it plotted all my secondary structure prediction graphs etc but then tells me 0 of 0 peaks have been assigned even though my PINE results were fairly decent.
