All the Sparky files are text-based except for raw spectra.

You can open them with any text editor and find pathname or ucsfname where they are pointing to the related files. It allows relative path. I usually place .proj in the Projects, .save in the Save, .list in the List and .ucsf in the Spectra. In that case, pathname in the .proj file is like ../Save/something.save, and ucsfname in the .save file is like ../Spectra/something.ucsf.

You can also read peaklist files with rp two-letter-code.
