If you type mw over and over again, it will circulate mode 1, mode 2 (reversed), and disabled mode.

Additionally, I added new contour level shortcuts which are assigned to ; [ ] (hold shift key for negative contours). Hopefully, these features are helpful. Please let me know if theres problem.
