save yourself a lot of trouble and download sparky instead,
http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/home/sparky/

strips are pretty easy in sparky (its in the manual), and
re-referencing a spectrum is trivial

alternatively check out ccpnmr analysis (

or cara ( http://www.nmr.ch/ )
