Hi,
Transfer generates peaks and assignments only when all the resonances are assigned.
For example, if you have G16, it will not generate a peak in N-HSQC if all the G16H and G16N are not assigned.
However, Simulate generates even though either of them are not assigned. _s means that particular resonance is simulated from PACSY database. So, if you only have G16H assignment not G16N, you will see G16H-N_s. If you dont have either of them, you will see G16H_s-N_s.
So, peaks and assignments you see now are all dependent on you BMRB entry completeness.
Also, you can simply type BMRB entry number inside ta window instead of downloading a file, ns and rl.
It will automatically do those steps.
