Hi,

You can use two-letter-code al to align spectra.
Select one peak, let say in HNCA, and then hold Shift and select corresponding peak in HN(CO)CA.
You will see two peaks selected simultaneously. Then, typing al and clicking Align will do.

To project full range third dimension, you can simply use ucsfdata to generate projected spectrum.
If you want to see 2D with full range F2, you can type:

$ ucsfdata -p2 -o newfile.ucsf yourfile.ucsf

to generate a new 2D projection spectrum.

Youre welcome for the video :)
