usually the 2rr file is readable from Sparky. It is under the /proc/1/ folder, unless you processed in a different /proc folder.

If the data is already processed in the TopSpin, you can import using easy_bruk2ucsf in the NMRFAM-SPARKY package or using bruk2ucsf in the commandline.
