I followed your instructions and finished assigning HCCONH, HBHACONH and CCONH for side chain assignment.

Can you please let me know what are the further steps to be taken to calculate structure of my protein. so far I have assigned (have both peak list and save files)

PS: 1. Can you please make and share a video how to assign NOESY files (For eg CHSQC) .

2. I ran into trouble when I tried to run LAC (I dont know how many files or format of files to be opened before running the LACS-pine)
