You cannot expect assignments to be predicted that accurate unfortunately.

What do you have for side chains? If you have C-HSQC, C(CO)NH, H(CCO)NH, you can run APES and submit to PINE. If you dont have C(CO)NH and H(CCO)NH, it will be too difficult for you to assign side chains.
