The latest version of NMRFAM-SPARKY (BUILD 12/10/2015) has the functionality to convert XEASY prot file to SPARKY resonance list file that can be read by two-letter-code rl.
1. Go NMRFAM menu - Utilities - Convert XEASY prot to SPARKY (er) 2. Choose prot and matching sequence file (3-letter sequence and number at the second column). 3. Type SPARKY resonance file name to save. 4. Read the saved file in by Resonance List window (rl) 5. Use Transfer and Simulate assignments window to populate peaks (ta)
